FAVOURITE FEATURE: It’s reliable and easy to use. I live having my average watts on display for harder rides. When I am riding easy I don’t always look at power, recording the time of ride or distance is more important on the easy days.
HOW STAGES SUPPORTS TRAINING GOALS: Stages links to my coaches training peaks account. It’s such useful data and I know if my levels are improving and getting closer to where they need to be. The SB20 is great for programmed sessions and a great indoor tool. I love how specific we can get in training sessions when you have power data to use. The specificity helps me to improve.
