Simply pair your Stages device and tap the Ride icon to begin.

When riding with a Stages Power meter, the app will display and record power, cadence, heart rate, calories and distance on one screen.

CONNECT WITH YOUR FAVORITE APPS

Completed activities from the new in app recorder or from Dash computers are sent to connected platforms such as Strava, TrainingPeaks, and more.

ANALYZE YOUR EFFORT AND GET STRONGER

View summary data from all completed rides, including time in zones, peak powers, and ride graphs all in the Stages Cycling app.

Connect your Stages Link account to get historical insights, monitor fitness and compare recent efforts to previous time periods.

SYNC COURSES AND WORKOUTS WITH DASH

Send courses and workouts from websites like Strava and TrainingPeaks to your Dash so that once you're ready to ride, you simply hit start.

CUSTOMIZE DASH AND ENABLE SMART PROFILES

Easily build ride profiles for any type of riding, each with custom screen layouts and data fields, all from the app. You can also change your Dash settings, adjust your phone notification preferences, change brightness settings or switch to Night Mode directly from the app.

Smart Profiles will add or remove pages and data fields based on sensors it finds, and you can fully customize these profiles.

CONTROL YOUR SB20 SMART BIKE

Create new virtual setups and view live gearing displays for your SB20 Smart Bike. Configure and setup your bike preferences, such as gearing and steering functionality.

While riding, enjoy the same popular color zone display from Dash computers, then save your ride to the Cloud.
