GROUP DISPLAY FOR THE CYCLING STUDIO
Stages Flight is a dynamic multimedia fitness experience that enables indoor cyclists to set goals and track performance.
Using data to engage, track, and reward, and to add additional motivation in the class setting, members work to their individual fitness level while in the group setting, seeing their work on group display or simply in their post-workout email.
STAGES FLIGHT MODES
Stages Flight has 3 main functional modes: Intensity rides, Competition or Challenge rides and Virtual rides that can be prescheduled to start without an instructor.
Stages provides a library of approved rides for each mode along with a quick and easy development platform for the instructors or class coordinators who desire to create their own ride experiences.
INTENSITY RIDES
INTERVAL TRAINING
- Instructors create interval-based class plans from anywhere, on stagesflight.com
- Each rider works to his or her optimal training level individually while in a group environment
- Riders see measured improvement over time with emailed post-class analytics
COMPETITION RIDES
TEAM UP IN CLASS AND RACE
- Instructor divides class into teams
- Options for which metric to compete on - leveling out rider abilities or going head to head
- Add a race in the middle or end of a class experience
VIRTUAL RIDES
PRE-SCHEDULED CLASSES
- Clubs can run cycling classes even in their off-hours, no instructor required
- Ability to add videos and intensity plans for riders to follow along with
- Riders can book into the class and receive class analytics in an email
STAGES FLIGHT CONTROL
The Flight Control mobile tablet makes instructors’ lives even easier while coaching Stages Flight rides.
• Class can simply be controlled directly from the instructor bike
• Allows the instructor to get off their bike and interact with all members before and during class
• Easily enables instructors to identify who is riding every bike, enhancing each member’s personalized experience within the group setting
