STAGES PRODUCT SUPPORT

Following Giant Group’s acquisition of Stages Cycling, the brand now operates under the ownership of SPIA Cycling, Inc. As part of this transition from the previous owner, all warranties issued before this acquisition will transition to a new Rider Support Program. We deeply appreciate those who have chosen Stages products and the SPIA Cycling, Inc. team remains committed to supporting riders who support the Stages Cycling brand.

As part of this new Stages Cycling Rider Support Program, customers with proof of purchase have access to tech support and repair or product replacement at Stages discretion for two years from the original date of purchase. In addition, for customers with products outside of the two years, Stages will offer a loyalty discount through this Rider Support Program.

Please note that shipping costs are not included in this program.
