Stages Flight

Stages Flight is a dynamic multimedia fitness experience that enables indoor cyclists to set goals and track performance.

Using data to engage, track, and reward, and add additional motivation in the class setting, members will work at an individual fitness level while in the group setting, for a truly custom experience. Riders will see an individual effort on group display and/or in a personal post-workout email.

Stages Flight has three modes: Intensity rides, Competition rides, and Challenge rides intended to be run by an in-person instructor. Additionally, Flight offers Virtual rides that can be prescheduled to start and run without an instructor. 

Stages Flight provides a library of approved rides for each mode along with a quick and easy development platform for the instructors or class coordinators who desire to create their own ride experiences.

Note: Stages Flight was launched in 2017, and will no longer see ongoing software development. Subscriptions are only available to those who already own Flight hardware and have an in-studio system in service.
