I started racing when I was 9 years old, growing up in South Jersey. I eventually moved to Boulder to study mechanical engineering at the University of Colorado. Since graduation, I've managed to stay in the area and continue my cycling career with several teams. 2022 is my second year with Wildlife Generation Pro Cycling, and we've had quite a bit of success racing in Europe, Asia, Africa, the Middle East, and at home in the US.

DISCIPLINE: Road with occasional gravel

BASE: Colorado

WHAT STAGES PRODUCTS NOAH HAS: StagesPower LR Dura-Ace 9100 linked to my StagesDash M200

BEST THING ABOUT STAGES: Having so much data sent to StagesLink lets me analyze every pedal stroke. At any point throughout the season, I can see what type of effort I'm good at, and which type of efforts I need to improve upon to reach each goal. The ability of the Stages suite of products helps me see exactly where my fitness is, so I can get a more optimized training plan.

WHAT DO YOU LIKE ABOUT YOUR DASH? I've got a profile set up for each type of bike, so it's easy to connect to the right Stages power meter. Each profile has my favorite feature- the Power Color Wheel. When I'm training and doing intervals, it's a simple way to give me a lot of information which lets me think more about the effort itself.

Favorite Race Moment
The whole team was flying at the Tour of Turkey this year, the biggest race of our season. We went into it with the goal of the KOM jersey, and I was able take the lead after a big day in the break on Stage 2, and extending it in the break the next day. I lost the jersey in the big GC day, but stayed patient and eventually got the jersey back after a big climb at the start of Stage 6 and was able to hold the lead all the way to Istanbul. It's pretty rare in cycling that you make a plan before a race and it seems to work out pretty close to perfectly, but the whole team was so good that we just somehow managed to execute the plan really well against some of the best in the world.

WHAT'S YOUR FAVORITE POWER WORKOUT? I always get excited when my coach prescribes me Tabatas. Each set is is 8 reps of 20 seconds on, 10 seconds off. They're guaranteed to get that taste of blood in your mouth and really mess you up if you do them right.

WHAT'S YOUR FAVORITE STRENGTH TRAINING/ CROSS-TRAINING WORKOUT?I sprinkle a good amount of weights into my training. It seems to help a lot with explosive power and preventing injuries.

WHAT'S ONE PIECE OF GEAR OR KIT YOU CAN'T LIVE WITHOUT?  Does sun-screen count? The sun is a deadly laser.
