STAGES ATHLETE: HANNAH OTTO
Hannah fell in love with endurance sport at the young age of 9 in the sport of triathlon, loving how powerful sport made her feel; allowing her to go as far or as fast as she wanted. After racing triathlon for 11 years, winning 2 overall amateur XTERRA World Championship titles she discovered her true love is the sport of mountain biking. Hannah won the 2022 Leadville MTB race, was on the 2020 Olympic Long Team, and represented the USA at World Championships 4x. Seeking to find improvements has always been her biggest goal. When not riding her bike she uses her Exercise Science and Athletic Training degrees and certifications to help other athletes reach their goals through her coaching business.

WHAT'S ON HANNAH'S DASH? I have a race screen on my Dash that features only the most critical power data along with time, maps, and elevation. I also have a training profile on my Dash that features most all of the power fields so that I can analyze my efforts on the go.
BEST THING ABOUT STAGES: I really like the clarity of the screen on the Dash. In the middle of a tough ride or interval it's very easy to glance down and immediately see my power and even the zone that I am in based on the color coded system the Dash has in place.

FAVORITE POWER WORKOUT: Over/Under intervals. I love that challenge of 'recovering' both mentally and physically while still outputting high powers during the under.
FAVORITE CROSS-TRAINING WORKOUT: I love strength workouts focused on power production off of the bike. I feel like I can feel the neurological connections being made.
WHAT'S ONE PIECE OF GEAR OR KIT YOU COULDN'T GO WITHOUT? My power meter. It's been over a decade since I've done a workout without one.
WHAT IS YOUR GO-TO POST RACE CELEBRATION? Podium Champagne
