This Policy sets out your rights in relation to returns, refunds, and cancellations for purchases made via the Stages Cycling website (the “Site”), including any applicable consumer rights
under local law, as well as the conditions applicable to such requests.
Please read this Policy carefully, as it forms part of the Legal Terms which you agree to be bound by when you make purchases from the Site.
1. YOUR RIGHT TO CHANGE YOUR MIND
For most products purchased from the Site, you may change your mind about your purchase
and request a return or refund in accordance with this Policy and any applicable consumer
protection laws.
You may exercise this right by providing us with a clear statement of your decision to withdraw
from the purchase (for example, by contacting us). Refusing delivery of the product may also
be treated as an exercise of your withdrawal right, provided that you notify us of your decision
within the applicable return period.
If you have purchased one of our products from a third-party dealer, then any returns should
be made to the dealer and in accordance with the dealer’s returns policy.
Your return rights are subject to the conditions set out below.
2. WHEN YOU CAN’T CHANGE YOUR MIND
You cannot change your mind about an order for:
•goods made to your specifications or clearly personalized;
•digital contents (for example, Stages Cycling University workshops) once downloading,
streaming, or other access has begun; or
•Services (for example, a Stages Cycling University certification) once the services
have been fully performed or completed.
3. THE DEADLINE FOR CHANGING YOUR MIND
If you change your mind about goods purchased from the Site, you must notify us no later
than thirty (30) days after the day you receive the goods. If the goods are delivered in multiple
shipments, the return period runs from the day after the final delivery.
For services or digital content, any cancellation or withdrawal rights are subject to Section 2
above and may no longer apply once the services have been performed or access to the digital
content has begun.

6. WE MAY REDUCE YOUR REFUND IF YOU HAVE USED OR DAMAGED A PRODUCT
If a product is not returned in its original condition, we may reduce the refund amount to
reflect any diminished value of the product. Diminished value may be assessed based on
factors including: (i) damage to the product; (ii) the condition of the packaging; and (iii)
whether all accessories, components, manuals, or other included items are returned and
reusable.
You may inspect and handle the product only to the extent reasonably necessary to
establish its nature, characteristics, and functioning. If the product has been handled
beyond what is reasonably necessary for inspection and evaluation, we may reduce the
refund amount to reflect any resulting diminished value. This may include, for example,
where accessories or components are missing, the packaging is damaged beyond
reasonable inspection, or the product shows visible signs of use, scratches, cosmetic
damage, abuse, or other damage.
Any deduction for diminished value will be determined on a case-by-case basis. The
following examples are illustrative only and any deduction will be assessed on a case-by-
case basis to reflect the actual diminished value of the product.
Return Condition

Packaging damaged (beyond reasonable 10 USD / Euro / Pound
inspection)
Product missing or not reusable (heavily Up to 100% of the original purchase
damaged)

Refund reductions may also include:

example, expedited shipping);
•the return shipping costs reasonably incurred by us in connect with a return or refused
delivery of the product; and
•any import duties, taxes, or customs charges paid on your behalf which are non-
refundable or not recoverable by us.
In some cases, depending on the condition of the returned product, the refund amount may
be substantially reduced where the returned product is heavily damaged, incomplete, or no
longer reusable. Our Customer Service Team may provide guidance regarding potential refund
reductions before you return the product.
7. WHEN AND HOW WE REFUND YOU
If your purchase is for services, digital content, or goods that have not yet been dispatched,
we will process your refund as soon as reasonably possible and, in any event, within 14 days
after you notify us that you wish to cancel or withdraw from the purchase.

Service Team, who will explain the applicable return or warranty process for defective products.
Where required in order to assess the issue or process your claim, defective products may
need to be returned to us. We will comply with our legal obligations to provide you with
products that are as described to you on our website and that meet all the requirements
imposed by applicable law.
