Stages Studio technology allows for each rider in class to work to their individualized level, while enjoying the group environment. The instructor creates or chooses a predefined class plan that the group will follow for the class. Each interval is color coded for a percent of FTP, and each rider works to their own unique ability to match their gauge color.

POWER CLASS POST WORKOUT EMAIL
Riders receive their average power for power based classes, along with cadence and their FTP test result.
HEART RATE class POST WORKOUT EMAIL
Riders receive their average heart rate for the class in a heart rate based class, along with other metrics.
RHYTHM CLASS POST WORkOUT EMAIL
Riders receive a BEATS Score for rhythm style classes, which reflects their overall performance on matching their RPM to the BPM of the music.

Riders quickly identify their gauge in large class settings, either by their profile name or bike number.

Show riders' cadence in RPM. A great choice for rhythm coaching or for warming up before an FTP test.
