Everything is canceled, we’re practicing social distancing and you may suddenly have more time on your (hopefully recently washed) hands. Here at Stages we love cycling and for health and sanity, we need our regular fix. We bet you do too.

Heading to gym may not the best move right now, but body weight training (pushups, squats, lunges, sit-ups) make for great cross training at home. Get some inspiration to train like a pro with this workout from professional mountain biker Erin Huck. Don’t have dumbbells? Fill a couple water bottles or milk jugs and use those instead, and inner tubes make great resistance bands.
