Based in Squamish, BC riding and racing has always been a part of Miller’s life. 2018 will mark her 2nd year as a full time professional, making the switch from privateer at the end of 2016. Although her career has been riddled with injuries, there has been an even longer list of highs. Miller is a 3x Canadian National Downhill Champion and the current 2x UCI Downhill World Champion.

BEST THING ABOUT TRAINING:
Feeling accomplished, pushing yourself mentally and physically and feeling tired at the end of the day. It’s hard to go to bed if you’re not tired.

FAVORITE STAGES MOMENT:
At one point the majority of my interval work was limited to the trainer- because it was the only way for me to get a power reading. Now, I’m able to apply myself outside, on the correct bike in the correct elements.
FAVORITE POWER WORKOUT: My favourite workout is a Threshold Over/Under.
