BEST THING ABOUT YOUR STAGES DASH: I primarily use the page with Power Widgets / Heart Rate Widgets. I also have general page with distance, average speed, max speed, total ascent. I have a page with the climbing graph with total ascent and profile and current elevation. I then have a page with 5min power, 10min power, 20min Power, 1hr Power and ride average power, another page with Calories / Kilojoules and temp with time of day and ride time.

Favorite Stages Moment
Both my GPS device and power meters are not only important but essential. Likewise for my heart rate (Pulse) the ongoing study and work I am doing is about proving the efficacy of my nutritional and lifestyle. This is done via energy expenditure. I use power as a gauge to show I am generating enough power to show I am working hard enough to show that enough energy is being burnt. I try to ensure I am burning a min of 3500 - 6000 calories per ride.
