STAGES ATHLETE: Justin Metzler
Justin, or BIGMETZ, is a 29-year-old pro triathlete living in Boulder who has been doing triathlon since his dad got him into it when he was 13, after being inspired by him doing Ironman. Justin is relentlessly pursuing his dream of being one of the best Ironman triathletes in the world.

FAVORITE POWER WORKOUT: Nice long warm up into 4x 15' threshold with 5' recovery. Simple but effective!
FAVORITE CROSS-TRAINING WORKOUT: Hiking in the Colorado mountains and work out with my strength coach Keith Mueller.
FAVORITE HYPE SONG: Heads Will Roll
GO-TO POST RACE CELEBRATION: A burger and fries, and later that evening a nice glass of red wine with my wife Jeanni
FAVORITE POST-TRAINING FOOD: Eggs and avocado toast are a daily staple for me post training, as are rice and pasta. Every Sunday my parents cook my wife and I a home cooked meal which I always look forward to.
